Morning yall.

See, I was gonna turn the coffee on this time. So I stayed up playing Xbox360 kinect. But then my computer opponent started to beat me so I played extra games so I could win. Then I got tired after winning and went to bed.

I totally forgot.

Mornin.
It has been an interesting weekend - one I won't be repeating. The words of my grandfather: Gonna be dumb, gotta be tough.
Coffee tastes bad this morning... like someone bought a coffee pot at goodwill and didn't clean it out before they used it. Yeah, that's part of the story...

Hope everyone has a good week. Homework and lots of stuff this week. Bout to eat, take a shower, and go back to the base.

hello gents

first time in a DTR breakroom, the rooms run by the young folk are too fast for an old codger like me

OK, so I was attracted by the "geriatric" reference

I've had worse coffee, that's fersure

but where's the BACON?

my thrill for this weekend was snapping a fresh set of dog dishes onto my steelies

my truck is grand-paw+ and I like it that way

Mornin, Sortie. Is that user name in reference to flying? Bacon is in another thread, but feel free to leave your meal of choice on the breakroom counter when you visit. Hang out, you'll be a part of this dysfunctional family in no time.

Got back to the bks ok... not a bad ride up at all, except for one of my beers blowing up in my saddle bag... yes, I drank it. Can't let it go to waste!!!

That, and I can't figure out if I need to trade in some man points or not... is it wrong to draft behind a Prius? He was doing 80, and I was on the bike...

Drinking beer, doing some laundry, cleaning the room... gonna go shopping for this weeks supplies, write a report, then get trashed. Anyone in? The OL bought me a 36 pack of Bud... I drank two. Heck, this is the first time I'd seen a 36 pack... I'm all about it!

I don't know what that means ^^^^^^

No Stan, I speak legal Chinese. I'd find you a lawyer that didn't hate you, then go out to see about the biomass cooking pots the chinese fuel with garbage and make methane gas for cooking, heating, etc. like to try that for an experiment but really do not want the gov to think I am a terrorist.

tough enough to make biofuel, then they wanted to watch the process, then ask me questions, etc....I stopped. loved my lil mercedes turbo 300. sold it to some really stupid ebay people from iowa. miss my car.

Bark, (waving halibut) hun greeeeeee? trade ya for a state quarter.

found out that nephew is in serious condition at a hospital. by email.
stupid mountain people. don't need any help, so do not call anyone.
heart surgery last month, now serious infection in skin grafted legs. doctors were going to discharge him to see a local doctor. father went off on them.
now they have six doctors round the clock on it. lucky guns are not allowed.
wow.

ahhhhh, love construction. not the 100 degree heat though.
Ahhh Heidi - - I think I will stick with my choice, play with the snake and chase the coyote. .............The dog is interesting to say the least - - it is over from the neighbor. It is an Iraq sheep dog - - family got killed, dog was in terror, soldier and dog bonded, he shipped dog over here to father who could care less about her. Great, gentle and nice looking dog. Came over looking for a belly rub - - got lots of them and fell in love with Jake (big yellow lab). So, she hangs around in the barn most of the day and night cause she gets some attention. And luckily, it has only been around 94 here but very high humidity. And, I have another hammer if you need some practise swinging it. ....

Stan, hope the move goes well. When does it happen? How long? Better not be long or you will be REALLY old when you get back over here. .....

OK, coffee time - - where is the ph00 - - - I been gone that long?????.....

SORTIE is actually my boat's name, and the idea was that the definition of a successful sortie off a carrier is to take off, accomplish your mission, and return safely. that's the way I think about boating too.

I should probably change my user name here to Guvnah, which is the name of my first gen. "guvnah" is an old English honorific, to acknowledge a senior respectfully. my 1st gen is one of the oldest trucks around my town.

I don't think you'd actually fit in the thing, would you? I know I wouldn't. I think my knees would be up under my chin somewhere.

It's bigger than you think. I'd make it happen if I could ride in that car, man.

Hey man - - I am impressed. You have exquisite taste. That is one of the most beautiful things on four wheels. I like the mechanicals of some others better, but no design wise - - gorgeous. Yep - - when I win the lottery..............

Lazy afternoon - - actually took a long nap - - I never do that - - must be sick. Later.
