Wonderful Weather we're having 'round here.........

Today's 30 minute commute took over an hour.
About 2 inches of Sleet & Freezing Rain on the roads.
County never even has a sand truck, much less a plow on our street.
RWD Duallys aren't the vehicle of choice on icy roads,
but since Wifey's Cruiser is still in the shop (Of course the part it needs is backordered), the dually is the only way to get here.
500 pounds of sand tubes in the bed positioned over the rear axle helps alot.

Coffee's hot, my toes are not.
Donut delivery guy must be stuck in traffic.

Y'all be Reeeeeeal careful out there.

Thanks for hitting the coffee, shovel. I got hit with about 30 customers as soon as I walked in the door, could not hit the switch. Kids are still sick, I still got something, and the wife looks like a zombie. I feel bad for her, I hope that she gets a break today.

Morning all, cool here again 27* with a few flurries. Geico, I'm hoping they don't go into panic mode this morning. Over all, the state got pretty lucky last night, but we still got an adjustment. There was considerably more damage to the south and I haven't seen any reports out of Montgomery yet. Tornado's make me very uncomfortable. I'd much rather face a hurricane, more time to RUN!!!

Shovel I have a piece of 4x8x1/2 plate you can use for weight if you want it. Works out to 740 Lbs, that should help to keep the rubber on the ground.

Nasty bugs hitting up here also but the flu shot that they were handing out was the right one so shouldn't be to bad. Coffee is just ok today.
