Brake deceleration measurements

I'm asking this for a fellow Ram driver over here- after he's had an accident the "technical experts" are quarreling about the values of deceleration the vehicle can achieve.
It's a 99 2500 QC SB with only RWALB, equipped with Tires 245/70R16 Wintercat Radial S S T
The accident happened on a wet tarmac road.
If anybody has data about this combo ora a similar combo it would be extremely helpful.

You have to play with this a bit but it might help. Be sure you use consistant units.
