For those who know who he is....anyone heard about him getting arrested? Shot Billy Coker in the face for talking about his face. Its a shame that someone who sings a song like "wanna live forever" would do something to get thrown in jail.

I can't imagine Shaver just flat out shooting someone in the face...I am sure it was provoked in some manner.

 

go to startelegram.com, and search for billy joe shaver. You will see several articles on this incident. The one prior to the one I posted says he was provoked. I cant get to it right now, computer is too slow.

 

This is the first I've heard of it. I hope it was really self defense.

 

It was on the Don Imus radio show on wednesday, I think. Something about some dude said something about Billy's wife and then pulled a knife on him outside the bar...then the alleged shooting...all hearsay, of course
