Just curious to see how many folks on DTR have graduated or root for the teams of the Big XII conference. What is your Big XII team of choice?

I had to cull Baylor and K-State due to lack of only 10 choices. Sorry to those fans. I just figured they would be the least picked. You can hate me if you want.

 

I am a UT fan. Didn't go there. My bro did one semester. And my fam is from Austin. The coolest city in the world.

 

I don't go to UT either but I'm a big fan. My grandpa graduated from there. Hook Em Horns!!!

 

You root for UT and you live in College Station. Man I bet you get some looks from the Corp boys. Do ya ever go to Freedbirds?

I choose to stay away from the corp. They ain't quite right in the head. I've got a freebirds not 5 minutes from my house so of course I go. It's one of the few meals I can get for under $10 that will actually fill me up for longer than 30 minutes.

 

I need to go to Freebirds next time I'm in Austin. My mom swears they kick A...

 

Even though I'm headed to school at A&M I have always loved the Longhorns. Besides A&M has sucked at nearly every sport they have played for the last 5 years with no indication of a turnaround.

 

K-State fan here.. but since they arent included in this obviously biased and worthless poll. I wont say anything.........

 

Aggie Network....Spent 4 awesome years there and i am still very involved in A&M Events around Houston and CS.

I go to Tech but some of my friends go to A&M. Ever been to a midnight yell? That is probobly the strangest thing I've ever seen. They made fun of the 500 or so Tech students for not having anything better to do on a friday I don't think they realized that there were like 50,000 of them there. Were the losers? Even A&M students don't respect the corps. All anyone from A&M does is bash other schools (especially mine). My cousin went there she does it too(even though her parents made her, you know tradition). I personally liked aggies, expecially the jokes, untill they bashed my school for no reason(then we beat them at their stadium). Aggies that are longhorn fans are not liked much in college station. HAVE FUN AT COLLEGE!!!!

 

I was under the impression that the number of teams in the Big 12 was, you know, 12?

SORRY! I hate to axe two! I figured everyone would vote Texas or OU since that is where the bandwagoners jump on! Most have never stepped foot on campus and only know the football coaches first name. (I know, I know, don't stone me.....)
