We moved cows back to pasture yesterday. Went pretty well, 5 loads a truck, 4 trucks, only one flat tire. Got the rented trailer dropped back in Arapahoe as the sun went down. Last year I was an hour and a half away when I dropped the last load of cattle as the sun went down.
Shoulders are still giving me fits from holding the truck from turning right all day. People don't understand how hard it is on you til they spend a day in the truck, whether it's a severe drag to one side, or a constant shaking, or a busted up seat that's trying to dump you onto the shifter.
Looks like the raspberry bush I planted will make it. Along with the pink blueberry bush. The other 2 blueberry and the 2 currant are toast. Thinking I might use a shovel to loosen up some dirt and put in some carrot or sweet corn seeds out by them.
Better go shut the water off to the sprinkler.

office so the blonde could get some sleep without me thrashing around in bed. Laid out on the recliner - - still no sleep. Went in garage and worked for a while, back to recliner - - fooey - - get up, Bob. You can nap later. Sure don't want to see NoNeck showing off his LEGGS.
Fresh ph00 is on, coffee, too early to try and find some sprinkles. Be creative. I am heading back to the roof of the RV. Later gator.

There is no G. There is no G. Repeat after me, THERE IS NO G!
Morning yall.
Hope Saturday is good to everybody.
Chris, that's ashame losing good crop, especially the fruits. Those are fun ones. Grandpa's peach and fig trees would put out fruit like crazy every season. I don't know how he does it (well, did it Grandpa passed last summer). Hope Uncle Joe and Uncle Ernie are keeping the place going.
Oh on your moldy corn, I'll ask my Dad about next time I talk to him (probably today).
Sherod, that actually sounds like a fun day. I had flashback to working with my dad over the summers. I sure miss that.
JWBM, chinese food sounds so good. I haven't had that in a couple months. Have some for breakfast today wouldja? And congrats on the new sauna Pots is how I did mine this year. Because of location and not being permanent (or owned) it was the compromise. My squash started off great, then I go to worms. Cabbage loopers I had to fend off at every opportunity. So, I got them through that and things looking good but then the powdery mildew has been decimating the progress Trying to save them but I don't know if they'll pull out. My tomatoes just look pitiful lol I don't have much hope invested in them.

I'm so mad right now I could chew nails and spit tacks. Y'all know I love my dogs and typically go out of my way for a dog but I'm about ready to change my stand. I've never been fond of pits or mixed breed pits and today, once again, I am pushed away from accepting the breed. My wife just called, out of breath, because she took our grand dog for a walk and was charged and knocked to the ground twice by a pit mix running loose. Had it not been for the neighbors outside who helped her I don't know how this would have turned out. She and Odie are basically uninjured save some scratches, a serious scare and damage to her phone. It sounds like me and uncle sig need to start walking Odie when I'm home next. I'll reduce the dog attacks one at a time. Man I'm ******!

Good morning all y'all, that is scary T-Rad, not sure what I would do It is an icky day on the edge of the Canadian prairies - rain and snow for the next 48 hours. I was really hoping to start getting the yard equipment ready for summer today - change oil, clean air filters, take off mower blades and get them sharpened, that kind of stuff. It is hard to get motivated to do that kind of stuff when it is snowing. The ground is so saturated that there is a consistent stream leaching into the spetic tank. The weeping field can't handle that much water so I have hooked up a pumpout and it is being pumped into field #1. We are better equipped around here to deal with drought than big water.
Have a happy and safe Saturday everyone.

Temp just dropped from 54f down to 36f in less then 10 min. Winds of 40-50 mph and large sleet running horizontal.
Be safe folks. Rick, I understand completely. Wish there was something we could do.

Finished up work on roof of RV and took it back to its nest. Then came home, cleaned up a bit and just bit off a 3 hour nap - - I never nap. Very unusual but I was totally exhausted. LEGGS, knees and rear are so sore from sitting and kneeling on that roof I could scream. Hey, maybe I could get a job at the RV shop working on roofs. NOT.
Hey, if you need help on this gardening stuff just ask me. As a gardener I am a fantastic electrician.
Ph00 pot is empty - - fresh is on - - come get it - - didn't check that other stuff - - sorry. ...............................

Scotty - it has been hovering between 34F and 36F all day and the snow hasn't let up since 11am! It isn't supposed to stop snowing until tomorrow around noon. At least it isn't accumulating. You can keep the wind.
