* English style it's Boddington's or Newcastle

When I'm out I usually go with a micro brew or try something new, something I've never had before. Always looking for the new favorite!

As far as the domestic big names go, I wouldn't use a Butt-wiper or Miller bottle or can to pee in.....
Amstel is dutch and in two weeks in germany, I never saw St. Pauli Girl offered...

Bud gives me a headache...

My wife just got a new job in a brewpub so we are getting to drink all kinds of nice micro beer these days. I also like Dick's ale, Fire Pole from seattle, almost anything from Mcmenamin's pubs. Hale's Ale from ballard has always been one of my favorites.

Sometimes I brew my own, but it has been a while since I did that last.

When I am just buying cheap six packs in the local stores, it is Beck's, Bass, or Pacifico.

That's why I prefaced it with "from the grocery store" and "German type".

I stopped drinking beer for two-buck chuck, then decided to stop drinking.

my favorite used to be mcewans scotch ale, 8.5% @ $10.00 a six-pack.
favorite cheapo? ice cold hamms, or schaefer.

Gosh I like it all. I usually drink domestic lagers,drafts pilseners but we have some really good local micro's around here that are excellent. Did I mention I also brew my own?
