This is where a few of my friends go and about 40 miles from me. I was wondering why a bunch of EMT's were called in. As I am not a EMT but a FF, I didn't go on any calls.
DO NOT TURN THIS POLITICAL!

I'd write out my long winded rant on the absurdity of gun control (more specifically, the incredibly irrational "logic" behind it) but I''d be preaching to the choir in this forum.
I got into it with my MIL on this issue, because she's very pro-gun control My BIL went to NIU, and HIS brother--my other BIL-- was a kid *at* Hubbard Woods when that shooting happened-- my MIL didn't know if her son was killed or not!).
She kept telling me "I'd feel differently" if I had had her experience. That's the difference between me and others. My FEELINGS are not a basis for sound policy-- logic and evidence are.
Look, I ended up starting in on it anyway

Hohn,
At the risk of making this political I am going to say this, I agree we have to many laws and restrictions because of 'feelings' being used as an excuse for very poor legislation. I explained to MY MIL that it was for these very reasons that our forefathers restricted to rights of people to vote. Some of us work off of reason, some react to feelings.

IMHO guns are stupied i think we should go back to fist to fist! Because even in a class for gun control you cant tell if any person will go crazy down the road and do something stupied! If you kill someone with your fist thats alot of anger! HAHAHA
