Back after Charley
Back up and running! Hurricane Charley did a job on my property. 8 days without power and 13 days without internet. Took me 3 days just to clear my driveway. Lost a bunch of old trees, It will take me months clean this mess up. One good thing though, no damage to house or any buildings Oh well, not complaining a lot of people suffered far worse. Nice to be back online, gives me a chance to take a break from cleanup detail.

Glad to hear that you made out OK Jerry.
If you need another pair of hands for clean-up detail,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I'll send Shovelhead down there to help ya out.
I've still got a pile of stuff from Isebell in the field out back to burn up!

Jerry,
Glad to hear you didn't have any damage to the house. I made two trips down to Punta Gorda with food & water. I'm a little north of Punta Gorda (New Port Richey, FL). Delivered goods to the distribution center across from the fair grounds. Saw a lot of downed trees, power lines, and roofs blown off, but no houses actually blown down. Of course, I was on the west side of the storm, and most of the damage was to the east. They had quite a large operation going on. I was concerned that Punta Gorda was getting much of the press, and many of the supplies would not get out to the out lying areas. How did you fare? Where you able to get food and water?
Alan
