Aug. 8 History Channel

Top Gear is doing a show titled "Americas Strongest Pickup". They are doing a head to head with the big threes' duallys.
Should be an interesting watch.

I have only seen the British version of Top Gear on the BBC America channel.
Couldn't tell if this this version is biased by the Obamabille (GM) people or not.

I thought Ford was the one dumping all the vehicle money in the discovery channel.

just like everything else, this one will have strengths in one area, weaknesses in the other.

my pal's v-10 fawd has enormous low end torque but can't get out of it's own way after 20 mph.

our dodge one ton amazes me in the ravines and heavy hauling we do here.
hubby had it almost vertical on a slope, had to tie off the front end for traction. still puts ya back in the seats after 155,000 miles too. dodge love .

those guys crack me up...good show. brits or americans

there should have been a ..............between ford and dodge, as the dodge was spanked.

Didnt know that a "true test of torque" is to do a burn out, hook up to a trailer and watch the I6 out pull the V8's in real world conditions

the Chevy would have been a bit more impressive if he would have turned OFF traction control...
