Never saw the point, just have a GPS telling you what to do. Use to do it for a living with just a map and compass. That's a lot more challenging and rewarding. Still break out a map once in a while looking for brooky holes.

The GPS only gets you to the general location. The way these things can be hidden is the challenge.

I have some friends that are in to Geocaching. I have been wanting to get into it, I have a GPS unit, just havent gotten out to do it yet.

Been doing it for a few years off and on, mostly in the winter months when the bugs arn't so bad! Lots of historical geocaches around here.

I used to geocache, but it has been a while. I'm glad you brought it up. I'm gonna get back into it when I get back home.

I took a little break but getting back into it now. It's amazing how creative some of the caches can be hidden!
