Anyone ever get a muscle spasm in their eyelid?

Man this is driving me nutz, been going on now for 2 days!

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but you are gonna die. Its called (IMS) involuntary muscle syndrom. 100% fatal, all of the time. But as I re-read your post I see that it is only one eye? Then you are gonna live.

See! Now the eye twitching don't seem near as bad as it did!


I have always thought that a twitching eye is due to lack of sleep. GO TO BED!

Stress and sleep deprivation will cause mine to do that. A lot of times when the resistance of your system gets a bit low it will cause involuntary muscle contractions, especially when you're dehydrated. Eat some nanners or taters (potassium) and more water.

You know there's a term for this. It's called BLINKING. Perfectly normal.

Actually, it's the spasm of a different muscle that causes that....

when mine does that i drink a beer. if that doesn't work i drink another, pretty soon i forget about any eye twitching all together.....
