If in doubt about distance or load, upsize the wire. There is no rule about how big of wire you can run, Altho, 4/0 is probably going to require new breaker boxes.

Job is done. I added a 30 amp breaker, and ran about 65 feet of 8/2 wire. Got the RV receptacle from lowes and an outdoor double wide weatherproof box from a local electrical supplier. Now I have full use of my fifth wheel right in my yard. Makes a great guest room. Thanks for everyones advise. It helped out alot.
