Just because people can reproduce, doesn't mean they should. Look what you have to go through to adopt a child. The same thing should happen in order to have your own. Maybe sterilize ebveryone at birth, and then "earn" the ability to have children.

I read she will be charged with capital murder. I'm wondering how someone could not hear the cries of a child getting their arms cut off and do nothing about it. She lived in an apartment building, somone must have heard what was going on. 
Edit: This is a perfect case why I totally respect the people in the Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue, EMT professions. No doubt, these folks see the worst in humanity.

Yes, but a friend of mine knew a fellow officer that had to get out. He said it will make you more racist and prejudice than when you first become an officer. I'm not a cop, but I can see how that could happen to some people.

you know, I fully believe the post-pardom depression is a real thing... I also belive that it can cause a mother to do sick things to her children...
but I ALSO believe that anyone who does that to her own child would really appreciate a bullet to the head... she and her lawyers are going to do anything they can to save her life, but deep down she wishes she was dead... grant her wish... don't drag her behind a bumper, don't rip her arms off... just a bullet in the head. g'nite
