A TDR member had posted this link and it reminded me of the stories that Dad and his buddies have talked about from their younger years. Dad started out riding Indians when he was 15 and he's 75 now and still riding. He's got a garage full of bikes from a loaded 1993 Anniversary Edition Electra Glide Ultra Classic with matching sidecar (only 11 made I think) to a Russian made Ural with sidecar, a 72 Harley Servi-car (last year for the 45 flathead), a 89 Electra Glide Ultra Classic solo, a 64 Honda 305 Dream, a couple of 60's 250 Sprints (Thumper motors) and a slew of mid 70's 2-strokers that Harley put their name on. One of them is my first motorcycle, a 1975 XS-175 Harley that he has fully restored. The 77 Electra Glide Classic that I have now is one that he bought new and I bought from him in 93 so we could ride to the 90th Anniversary Harley Reunion in Milwaukee. That was a ride neither of us will ever forget!
Hope you folks enjoy the pics!

Chapter President
I can remember riding on and seeing pictures of my Uncles old Indian and Harley's back in the early 50's. He used to travel from Texas to Missouri with my Aunt and their baby in his side-car.
I would think that Harley-Davidson would like to have some of those pictures for their musem.
Great Post,
CR

You should do the biker community a favor and send copies to easyrider or another major publication. If it were up to me I would dedicate a whole mag to them. They are true bikers as it was. I wish I had a poster of each pic for my shop!!!!!! Incredible shots of real men on there scoots, not todays cheese ball wanna bees.
