A brisk 30F! I like this time of year. Makes the coffee taste better.

Howdy doo folks,

Just got back in town from a few days in the sun down in Rota, Spain. Got to help "the boys" push their boats out of a perfectly good airplane . I spent the day getting beat to mush by 8-10 foot seas in a zodiac. Managed to pop a one inch hole in the side of it and had to perform CPR on the stupid thing for the mile ride back to the beach !! God, I'm gonna miss this stuff !!!

Couldn't quite identify whatever was in the coffee pot when I walked in ... smelled like coffee but it was bubbling (unplugged ).

That was some carburetor cleaner I had some small parts soaking in it...if you find chunks in your coffee, please spit them back in the pot

Lary, you HAVE to put a timer on those parts soaking in the pot.

That stuff will take the chrome off a Snap-On wrench.

True.......but it won't put a dent in that pine flavoring the Janitor adds to the coffee

I haven't put any 'pine flavoring' in the coffee. Someone messing with my coffee again? Lemme taste it...

Tastes perfectly fine to me. Not quite as thick or robust as I'd like it, but it IS a new pot.

Well, here it is Friday, and we're still only up to page 4. What was it last week... Thursday and 10 pages or somethin' like that? Just goes to show ya, give it the right name and they will come!

Cloudy and windy here today after about a foot of rain yesterday. I don't have a riding arena anymore, I have a swimming arena. Even with 2 plus feet of sand in it, it's still under water.

The donuts are particularly tasty this AM, the rain musta softened them up while they were sitting in the dumpster. Coffee ain't bad either. It's gonna be a good Friday!

Ok, grab a coffee and a sinker and get to work before Top comes in!

Holy Smoke, that SR is just plain noisy - - no consideration whatsoever for those of us who do not have to be up so early - - and probably go to bed too late.

Poor Scott, cold, rainy, snow coming - - I feel for ya brother - - well, that will have to wait for a while so I can go have my in the patio. Gorgeous morning, cool front came thru yesterday, so it was a cool 50 last night and only reaching 71 today - - I think I can still get a tan at that temp, can't I???? By the way, coffee is good, those things you called donuts - - .

Have a great one, gang. And where have all the ladies gone? Missing that feminine touch around here to shape some of you up.

G'morning DTRonians another beautiful day to be thankful for, any morning you wake up breathing is a GOOD thing

The donuts are kind of soggy but if you dunk them in Chaikwa's coffee, that will firm them up pretty quick .... hmmmmm almost gives them a fire proof coating it seems...

Think I will head over to the janitors riding arena to do a little fishing this afternoon....maybe get him to clean the truck for me while I am casting jigs

Y'all have a GREAT day!

Complain, complain, complain. Didn't even thank me for putting the sprinkles back on 'em after they got washed off either. Y'know how hard it is finding all those little sprinkles when they mixed in with all the trash in a dumpster??? SHEESH!

And Chris; 'horseflys'? That was the best you could do?

Get that truck over here Lary. I wanna leave early today, it's FRIDAY!

Big Week for me. Got the papers in the mail finalizing the big "D". Smacked a deer with the truck. Broke the cam bolt for axle camber.

Now, it's not all bad. The D is peaceful, washed the evidence of the deer off the bumper, and truck is fixed. (Dodge did get me for $30 for the bolt though).

I'll be on shift all night. Thanks for the , it's just right. The spoon just disolved.
