I put plugs in it already and everything there was good but you're right, as deep as the holes are it's not surprising to hit oil.

Hey T-Rad, just curious as to whether you've had any success with this thing?

Not yet. Lessons are going on right now. Stepson has to learn if he wants it fixed, parts and some of his time to help are required. He and my soon to be DIL put a tag and battery into her car and are running it right now. It has bad CV joints. I've asked him for 2 weeks to get the parts and make some time, he'd rather kayak. It won't be important to him until he's walking and then he'll be in a panic. Oh well, once again we'll discuss the grasshopper and the ant.

I wouldn't mention the grasshopper and the ant. That's an analogy, and today's people aren't bright enough to comprehend what they're told or what they read. They hear the words but can't make the correlation to apply it to themselves. When he's in a panic screaming 'help me!', just tell him you can't, you're going kayaking. THEN he might begin to get it.

I like the way you think! We recently had the discussion, again. He'll get it alright, one way or another, but he'll get it.
