80,000 people on nowhere TN
Well, this weekend is Bonnaroo time again. Last year I-24 had 20 mile, 9 hour backups. Tn DOT says they are ready this year. Right. I would avoid the area like the plague. Trucking companies are re-routing their loads all around the area. The festival is centered around manchester TN.
