Evening Stan and Rick, and you others who are too lazy to post.
That's stapler is nothing.
You should see what we had to use on Marines to do an enema.

How about the er docs reaction when you stitch your knee while waiting for them to come back. Way I saw it, they had actual emergencies to contend with. I had only nicked my knee with a chainsaw. 6 1/2 hours previous... when you're after a load of wood. You don't stop at 1/2 cord if you get "hurt"
nice day today, worked my butt off, therefore I am the new world superhero "GLUTEUS MINIMUS" Other than that, all is well.
Have a wonderful day, full of unicorns, rubber chickens and peach preserves, not necessarily in that order.

Mornin'.
I hate this time of year. Reminds me of when I had to go back to school every year, which I dreaded.
It is Thursday, August 28th.
1609 - Delaware Bay was discovered by Henry Hudson.
1830 - "The Tom Thumb" was demonstrated in Baltimore, MD. It was the first passenger-carrying train of its kind to be built in America.
1907 - "American Messenger Company" was started by two teenagers, Jim Casey and Claude Ryan. The company's name was later changed to "United Parcel Service."
1939 - The first successful flight of a jet-propelled airplane took place. The plane was a German Heinkel He 178.
1963 - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., gave his "I Have a Dream" speech at a civil rights rally in Washington, DC. More than 200,000 people attended.
1995 - The biggest bank in the U.S. was created when Chase Manhattan and Chemical Bank announced their $10 billion deal.
2004 - George Brunstad, at age 70, became the oldest person to swim the English Channel. The swim from Dover, England, to Sangatte, France, took 15 hours and 59 minutes.
Today's thought:
The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance.
The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you,
as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied
a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour
if you choose.
Coffee's on!

When the Obama Administration has bought up all the rubber to make sling-shots out of and all the string to make bow strings out of for the Home land security- YOU MIGHT THINK YOUR 2`ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN ALTERED !

Evening all, hot day today. We started the morning with 90% humidity and the temps hit 95. I think I melted a little today.
