Disclaimer, I have never shot a cracked up perp, no do I ever want to.
I did shoot a roughly 350 Lb pig with a .45 Hydra-Shok and not only did it not move, it did not so much as quiver. Recovery of that round found it about 6" in with a diameter of almost 1" and a wound channel that I could not believe.
Made a believer out of me that day.
On another note, while looking at something else last night, I found myself on SigArms website looking at the P250. Does anyone have any experience with that gun? From the looks of it, it would be easy to switch from 9 to .357 sig to .45.

The P250 looks pretty slick. I've seen it available on-line, but none of the local shops has one yet. Right now it's only available in 9mm it seems, but i'm sure the .40 adn .45 will be available real soon.
