2002 KIA Sedona Problem after new Battery.

I replaced the battery in the Family KIA Sedona and after I did it had a poor idle (Stalling at slow speeds). and shifting issues.. I am assuming it is a Computer reset issue but wanted a few other opinions.

Thank You in advance.

Ram,

Look in your owners manual and or online, I know the newer VW bug requires a trip to the dealer (normally on a tow truck) when you change your battery..

I had a ford focus and the service manual said to hold it at redline when accelerating for 10 seconds and it would make the computer relearn after a battery change(if it doesn't grenade). I don't have any experience with kia but this has worked with several vehicles other Ive worked on.
