My buddy's brother is like that with his Jeep. Me, I wash my truck once a month. MAYBE.
If I had a Jeep it would have to be a straight up trail beater. Line-X the whole thing... Clean it with a waterhose and call it good.

The truth: '92 Wrangler, 4cyl., 33" Swampers and a CJ nose. Very flexy and very capable. And I can't remember ever washing it!
