01 Hyundai Alantra Shifting out of OD HELP!!

Hey my friends Altantra keeps shifting out of OD down the the next lowest gear while crusing down the interstate and pegging the tach. She has to come to a stop and shut down, then re-start for the problem to be fixed (back into OD) and its good for 10 min to weeks? Its happening alot today, so im getting the car and at least changing the oil for her and also trying to locate and hopefully fix the prob. She also says that when the prob occurs and she happens to come to a stop (at a light or whatever) she notices the TQ CONV. slipping. But all in all the car is fine untill OD goes out???

Any input on were to look and what TRB shootn tools will be helpfull in this situation? Im hoping the prob will happen as im driving it to go work on it? Only prob is I have not internet access after i leave work today. Thanks -Jake
