Thanks Chris the rough out should not be too bad to clean as long as you use a finger nail brush should work out good. Some people take great care to wire brush the rough out so it stays roughed out but in time i should get it slicked up good nuff.

Very nice saddle DC. Should last you a long long time. Love those saddles with a high cantle and rounded skirts.

Timmi's for the second time in a month. WOOHOO. We are definitely getting spoiled. Maybe the janitor should stay away more often.

Hoof on the horse is much better, almost stopped draining already. Just have to keep the dirt out of it. Down to one soaking a day. Still two shots and two doses of Bute. Should be able to cut back on the weekend. He's a good boy though bum must be getting sore. 18ga. needles are BIG. Pin cushion for a butt for the last week.

Claude carvings are looking good... how many do you need to take? How many categories do you enter?

Davey good for you their replacing the whole oven and not have to wait for the glass. That would have been a pain.

Afternoon all,

77* and sunny today.

Got the TX drivers license today. Not too much of a hassel. Went out to Hempsted about 40 miles away. Fast trip out 290. and not wait an hour and a half in line. Only took most of the morning. Wife got hers also. Regular class "C". Lady at DPS said it is good to pull the 10423# fiver.

Now thats done can get other task done. Change insurance, get credit union account open and stuff.

DC nice work saddled, like the CDT, built for work.

Old dog. good carvings. good luck at the contest and all. Bring home the prize.

Wannabe nice job on the break room.

Ok got to keep at it. It is not the quanity of things in the job jar, it is I don't get them done as fast anymore.
