Funny you say that, Chicopee next door has a huge mill fire going as we speak. we sent a couple trucks and pumps over. My brother is on one of the trucks at the fire ground, this is the text I sent him.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahah.
I can not post what he sent back.
On edit it is a Bandag tire retreading facility.

I lived about 2 miles from this fire. There were rivers of "oil' coming from the tires. To the best of my knowledge that property is still declared toxic and is not allowed to be sold.
On February 12, 1990, a tire dump fire erupted in Hagersville, Ontario. It is estimated as few as 3,000,000 and as many as 10,000,000 tires burned for 17 days before being extinguished, despite predictions that the fire would burn for months. 11 different fire departments were eventually involved.

I am very surprised that anybody recognized the name of Hagersville and even more surprised that you know about Simcoe. If you have been up there in the winter, you will understand a little bit why I love it down here in Paradise where I do not have to shovel s-n-o-w.
