04 JOHN, I love you even though you are navy, and have not set down in the office to watch the dvd yet. promise I will, AND send out the harley stuff, alas, no prada purse for storie.....and you thought the mail moved slow...

Mad hatter son, just look important as you do paperwork over in the insulated food storage buildings.....we used to hide in the 58 degree temps to write up the police reports. oh that's right! sorry, forgot marines eat grass and twigs, making their own camoflage. saving the government money.

Couldn't open it at work, and I'm never home, so it'll be while before I see it. I hope that it is not really what I do inside with the recruits... I could be going to jail...

Must be nice. When I left the house this morning at 0330, it was 89*. Then we had a 3 mile hike. It was short and easy, but it was still hot as the janitor's scalp under all that hair.

Nother wonder day...

Geemany crickets - - bye Jove, me thinks the heat has done gotten to several of our illustrious members. At least Chris gave us a cool thread instead of all that can lid banging and yelling he does most mornings. Even Heidi is fiesty this mornin - - usually sooooo cool. I just think another cup of is in order and maybe everyone will settle down.

Lazy day today - - work out, some pool time, read the Wall Street and weep, take an aspirin and read some more WS, weep, check the pockets for loose change so we can eat. Crazee weeks in the market - - should have gotten out three weeks ago.

Ya'll settle down now, be nice and have a good day.

I have that clip in my personal collection of this particular actor cynic. Won't mention his name so as not to pop the suprise bubble, but yeah, I could see MadHatter in a similar role, sorta. Great.

Mother Nature's air conditioner is still working. We expect 75* today. Sorry for everyone else's discomfort, but this is why we live in the Pacific Northwest. BUT, we'll be moving to Denver area (not Denver proper though) in about 3-4 years to be closer to our adult children. Then we'll be in for it. Enough chit-chat..... I agree, let's beat out the fire-eaters (you guys still have my deepest respect, though) in thread submissions.

Be safe, have a great weekend, and remember Mad Hat, you may be training your replacement in that company.

Smile old goat indeed Chaikwa, have you seen yourself lately , pal?

loaded materials for travel waay up North, moving rocks today for completing a dock that normal peopel can actually use, no more walking the plank like we do....

husband has reported the air temp with constant breeze is 72 degrees or 26;
water temp is 64. nice thing about the river is all the great lakes water passes through it, constant motion. same temp on surface as 100 feet down.

hopefully , moving rocks with no scuba does not lead me to prove that today.....

working smart. you guys do the same! heheheh T Rad told to wear his donut patch....heheheheheh still chuckling over that MADHAT...funny stuff- keep them all three milers. son is going aviation mechanic he decided. just DO something with your life is my private wish, not too well stocked on patience of a Saint these days... tell me I will survive having an 18 year old....

YES! PLEASE SMOKE OUT THE SQUATTERS IN RUBBER BOOTS THIS NEXT THREAD WEEK, 26 years as a firefighter allows me to be competitive...

CHAIKWA, I actually got the windtower pics from my cell phone, now out the door for the five hour trip up North, will send upon my return fella...

busy but not cranky YET!!!! heidi

Good morning, evenign or what ever it is....
They have moved me "temprorarly" to 12-8's...... hate this shift..
hard to stay awake and the other guys are about as interesting as rocks.........very poor to none on teh conversation meter.

Hooked up with Crob and HotDram this afternoon for late lunch/early dinner in Emporia. Charley has a "new" camper he picked up in KS City, and was decent enough to NOT let me buy him dinner( he snuck up and paid before I knew it).... realy great to put faces and handshakes with the names, and hope they make it back to Tx in one piece. They kinda worried me tho, when Charley said something about Rob refusing to sleep with him?????......never know about them Tx boys.....

Hat, trust me, you'll get a good laugh out of that clip once ya get a chance to watch it, just remember its British humor, very droll and dry.....

Heidi, is someone your age suppossed to be doing that much heavy lifting?

Bob, I realize its a mix of the old-timers kickin in,and all that foofoo coffee thats damaging your mind, but we dont hold reville on weekends do we.....?
