That smell you found is an old beer fart hovering around the breakroom looking for its next victim

Sounds like you can have long days at times. Nothing like sittin around and waiting for something to happen or break.

My space bar does the same thing. Won't work unless I press it real hard. Mine isn't from a pistol hitting it, instead it was me hitting it. I have to check over what I type cause sometimes the words are all ran together, then it looks like claudes typing does when he gets excited about a subject.

Goya sazon, try it on it! mmmmm good.

Cheater!

I do it that way too sometimes. If I wanna take the easy way out.

Ok Mark, Pulled Pork

Two ways it can be done, on the smoker, tastiest way, or in the oven/smoker, easiest way (still good though).

I like to take a good size boston butt roast and inject it with a good marinate. The one Im trying today is a new flavor from a local company, kinda tomato-e and tangy. Season up the outside real nice.

On the pit, indirect heat for 4-5 hours, the lower the better, bout 250-300 degrees. Let it go until its fall off the bone tender.

Oven, put in pan and cover with foil, same time and temp.

When fall off the bone tender, cut off big chunks. Take a couple of forks and get after it, just pull apart (hence the name.... lol).

I then take and put into a aluminum pan, kinda the diaposable roasting kind, and make sure its seasoned right. Slather up with BBQ sauce and throw back on pit in the pan. Get the fire real smoky and let smoke for 20-25 mins.

Enjoy

No, this is just a 24 hour post. We get it once a month or so. You get to take about a 2 hour nap, but you're awake the rest of the time.

Thanks, Blake. I want to get a smoker and do it, one of my friends did it one time, it was awesome.

Hey Matt.

I thought hitting the computer was how you fixed it? I did that to an HP I had several years ago. It would lock up randomly. Me and the wife were on it looking for something when it locked up for the 10th and last time, I punched the side of it so hard I broke the mother board in several places.

Boston but is cheap up here, about $.50c per lb. We usually cook 3 of them to feed 14 guy's with enough left over to make sandwich's then next tour on duty.

Its about .80 cents a pound down here. I really like it, its marble enough to get a good juicy roast out of it. We use it for sausage making and Jambalaya too.

Yeah it was suppose to fix it but that wasn't the case for me this time. Gonna have to get a new keyboard soon.

Funny, I was having some video problems on my last laptop... something the monitor was saying... somehow or another, it burst into flight. Sure fixed my problem...

Went and did a tour of the bks... the old (newest ones on the base) got a bad case of black mold... so we had to move everyone out. Sucks to be them...
