Dang. I couldn't think of something funny to say about that.
I'm serious about asking your IP for a bit of a break. If you have been with them awhile they might do it. Its not a handout, its a customer loyalty thing. Can't hurt to ask.
Yes! Recently the toilet in the breakroom backed up and your name came up.
Reading that back it really sounds kind of bad.
Had to run into the Soldotna hospital because a guy who used to work for me had what we hope was a small stroke.
Coming home I went to Wall-Mart to pick up some gummy bears to give him tomorrow (go figure, it's the only thing he wanted).
Even in Kenai Alaska, there are now some really strange people in Wall-Mart at 2300hrs.
There was one guy who looked like he stole his hair from a string mop, had no teeth, an eye patch
and who spent the entire time in the check out line attempting to tell me how much he liked gummy bears (I think).
Times have really changed around here.

Today's thought:
The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score.
Lake Michigan is now almost 76% ice covered:
TOB&F today please!

It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!
Good morning. WOW! Bob and Clint are going to spoil us with the goodies, coffee and ph00. Maybe I will stay awhile and have a cup of each, but will pass on the sweet stuff. Got to keep my girlish figure looking, well, definitely not girlish.
While sympathizing with all of you going thru winter and more of winter, do have to still brag a bit about our weather here. Bark, are you reading this? Every day for the rest of the week is forecast to be clear and sunny and every day will be one degree C warmer than the day before. Sunday is supposed to hit 28C / 82F.
Heading out in a couple of hours to do some chores and also stop at a hardware store for a couple of switches. Two of the most used switches in the kitchen have become very touchy and do not like to be turned off. Somewhat the opposite of some unnamed DTR denizens.

Unfortunately what you call "warm" is relative. I have lived in your kind of climate for many years, so really do understand what you guys are going thru and do know and appreciate that it is not fun for most of the time, - but still like to take digs at some of you just to get a raise out of you. I am very fortunate (and do not take that good fortune lightly), to have had the opportunity to chose where I live, so chose this much warmer climate.

I noticed when I went to Toronto that time, the highway signs were about the same as ours. Ours "exit XX 2 miles ahead" Theirs say "exit XX 2 KM ahead". Should say 1.3 miles ahead.
According to the motor carriers atlas, I-17 is the only interstate still marked by 2/3 mile instead of by mile.

It'll be later in the day before the angry flakes get here. Georgia is catching heck though. I saw a report a little bit ago that indicated power outages from ice were at 59k and climbing. Some predictions are calling for the number to surpass 500k.
And then there's the corvette museum.

Isn't the Vet Museum in Bowling Green, KY?
