identifying generally or in groups sounds arrogant....what word should you use you ask? "everybody" (what's everybody working on?)
Don't limit the focus to negative differences, but the common goals with positive differences in why we will succeed. strengths of people.

Talked with neighbor in downtown village street, truck to truck. then another guy stops in his car. yes we are in the road. got to love villages. no one has seen any deer in 30 sq miles. uh oh.
new hub on one ton, waiting on rotor turn down. bout to cut more on the tree. scary cause my brain is still MIA...out of it today.

And besides, I can sit down on mine and it has a motor - - - na na na na na. ......
Just got in from quick 1000 mile three day trip. Granddaughter at Florida State had her final (senior - music major) exam in the form of a two hour concert. Small hall was packed - - I was amazed. She was amazing - - been a while since I had heard her play - - wow. Very poised and professional. This will be about 75% of her grade for that class. Me thinks the investment was worth it. Quite the gal.
Ok, off to relax and elevate that dumb foot.
