Ok y'all ....... STEP AWAY FROM THE TEQUILA !!!!!

Refridgerador del agua .... now, that's funny ... don't care who you are.

Inspection is over ... outbrief later this morning to tell the Cap'n how good we are ... celebratory seafood dinner and much rum this evening !!! Friday ought to be ugly . The inspection teams new "Big Boss" came with them (retired captain) and I got to raz him the past few days about driving a Powerjoke dually . Luckily he was an LDO and a Chief at one time so he actually HAS a sense of humor.

Supposed to get a long string of the white stuff here in a day or two ... time to break out the longhandle underwear !!!

CHEERS !!!

Good mornin'. 34 here. Pulled up all the cherry tomato plants. Gonna be 30's through the weekend or so they say. I'm done canning the little green pellets anyway

I can see the "watercooler" name being changed regularly in the future. Just like the Government. Call it what you want, but you still gots da same shhtufff.

Has Scotty stopped moving yet?! That backdraft is killin' me.

pretty good this morning. Uh oh!

Thursday morning brings temps in the Loooow 30s.
Heading for the 40s later.
I taped plastic over the missing window last night so it's only in the low 60s in the office this morning.
The contractors are supposed to have to have the correct window later this AM.

Coffee tastes even better this time of year.

Heading for the toy stores later 'cuz I need a B-Day present for my soon to be 4 year old Grand Daughter.
What in the world does a 4 year old girl want now-a-days?
She's too young for jewlery.........

Just another day in Paradise...........

Y'all B safe,

Better call the mamma and find out what she is into. Four year olds are definately past "the box is more fun than the presant" stage.

Shovelhead, sounds like you finally got your air conditioning

Cold here this am too, 37* on the overhead.
Gonna need lots of hot coffee.
I came to the (fill in the blank) cooler this morning fully expecting to find Chris, Ed, Bob and PW beating on a pinata that looked like Geico266.
I was disappointed.

Today is the Great American Smokeout, good luck to anyone trying to kick the habit!!

Have a good one

Literally typing this while coved in a plastic sheet.
Gotta head out of the office as the current temps have dropped 20 degrees since the workers pulled the plastic off the window opening.
And I'm sure working under a plastic tarp is against the rules somewhere in the OSHA regs.

Believe me, if I can find a Powerwheels CTD,....THAT will be her gift.

Let's see,...... where is my link for that site for English to Klingon Translations..................

I would have replied earlier but the words "WINTER" & "BLIZZARD" confused me as I don' t know what they mean. Still not sure, but in any case all DTRonians are welcome. You are on your own if you have a concrete bedliner as I have no idea how that is taxed at the border.

Good luck to all that are doing the Great American SmokeOut. I know how hard it is, as I am smoke free for 32 days today! This is after over 29 years of smoking (had one 8 year break but don't ask ) 2 packs a day! Wife is trying to quit as well. She's cut down to 3 a day from a pack a day. Yesterday she smoked only one and today is her first FULL day without any. She was a bit tense this morning and I had to keep my trap shut cause anything I said was wrong. Wonder if I was that way a month ago .

St Louis hit it's first real cold night last night. Got down to 18 degrees f last night. If this keeps up, I'm going to have to shut the bedroom window or get another blanket. Maybe we'll get some snow soon, as I think that if it's gotta be cold, there should be snow with it too.

I know I don't usually post much in these " *** Wasserkühlvorrichtung*** 11/13 - 11-19 " threads (who thought up this one? Dutch right?) but as much as I read them, you all seem like family and wanted all to know how much I enjoy the company. I'm the one in the back of the room not saying anything

HELLOOOOO!!!! ANYONE AROUND HERE I KNOW????? Oh yeh, I see a some familiar faces. Where did our "other" room go??? These red walls with orange and brown polka dots with Chihuahua's running around just doesn't quite compute. Are you guys OK? You have not been kidnapped have you? Ya'll look very confused - - I feel confused - - I feel dizzy - - I need a nap. Maybe more will help.
