You guys make me sick. I had the local HD Dealer do a piston upgrade on our Ultra and they screwed it up. I took it back in 3 days due to smoke from the back cylinder and they said run it. I did, now it looks like a mosquito fogger, used 2 quarts of oil in 300 miles. Guess who's getting it back!

Yeah, thanks for that Don. Like I don't get called enough names around here as it is.

Y'know, if you got the time to go back and forth to the dealer, drive aimlessly around the country-side for 300 miles and go back to the dealer yet AGAIN, you got TOO MUCH time! GET TO WORK!

There, my job is done here!

's ready.

Morning all

Another warm one today, if this keeps up it should produce some thunder boomer's soon. All the moisture that we had this winter and spring seems to have disappeared. We could use a shower or two.

Mowed the lawn last night and could have used some of that skeeter fogging from the ultra last night, just about got eaten alive. Even dousing in DEET doesn't seem to stop them.

First 8hr shift since March. Seemed like every time I turned around it was coffee time. Don't think it will last for long. Oh well enjoy it while I can.

Everyone have a good day have fun and drive safe.

HOwdy all.............

hope everyone is well and enjoying the georgeous day! mid 80's, sunny with a slight breeze........ heck of a day to come back to work after 5 days off...

We were supposed to leave Friday and drive up to Rock Creek Station Ne for the weekend, but had problems with teh trailer and then with teh truck, so settled for a state park about 50 miles from the house
Had a good time anyways, our barely broke three yr olds did fine, trials were muddy and several water crossings were flood-filled...

First time we've taken off and had any sort of "vacation" in a few years...
need to do it more often.

Gota new job so to speak..
the National Guard is going to have commisioned LEO's on teh civilian side, a pilot program I think.. I start teh new position in a few days, will be working nights. Gonna cut into my DTR time, and the BOSS isnt exactly thrilled with the idea, but I think, with luck, she should stop being mad by years end plus its gonan mean a pretty hefty pay raise, so I'll have more money to spend on her( at least thats what I told her)...

well yall have a good one and catch ya on the night shift...........CD

Don't apologize to me, she's the one that'll give you the funny looks when your clapping your hands giving the "molly" command. Did you get your hitch figured out?

Wasn't there a business called molly-maid?

Your Haley dealers are just looking otu for your health. The longer he keeps you off the road, the longer you beat the odds.
