well the date is all but set in stone,on april the 5th we will be holding the 2nd obx outlaw diesel drags at the outerbanks speedway in creswell north carolina.the track is very excited to have us back and for those who didnt make it last year the track is an all concrete 8th mile track and you will run faster here than you ever have before.track is roughly 18 feet above sea level and about 1hour 15 minutes from the outer banks of north carolina.this year we will have a prostreet class,an index class,a bracket class and a stick heads up class.just like last year gas trucks are welcome to run in the bracket race .i feel the first 5.xx second 8th mile prostreet pass will be made at his event.mark your calenders now.more info in regards to class payouts and sponsors to follow in the next few weeks.....looks like we may have truxk pull this year too...more to come

I know Johnner and I will be definitely be there and hopefully the entire N.C. DTR Crew also, like we had last year! That was a GREAT EVENT this year and I will be looking forward to this years event also.

I think that is the same weekend as the Charlotte car show. I haven't missed the show in Charlotte since 1985. SORRY I'll be in Charlotte.

we are nailing down rules on the sled pull and hope to have them announced very soon...also ...we are glad to announce that Stuckey racing,TS performance,JimmySmith and Russel Hilton have committed to attend.Bucks dmax will be back with some new goodies ,my 05 ctd has a newly built motor that should be broken in by that time....and we hope to have John P nailed down for the race soon.david dunbar is lined up to bring his dyno....more to come
