Almost forgot. The food last year SUCKED!!! We are bringing our own food this time, just in case.

EDIT:

Never Mind.......Last year it was at Willow Springs. The food sucked bad there. At LACR it was fine.

All I have to say is that anyone who chose not to go to High Desert Round Up missed an awesome show. There were so many sweet trucks there. Made it well worth the trip over.

Hey Dusty, did you get to see the Mega Cab pull. That was so neat. The silver dodge w/ NY plate and Big Power Diesel in green on the side is a friend of mine. His clutch is shot. One of his last pulls it went out on him. He's got like 20 pulls on that clutch so it's not too bad.

Oh Yea! Forgot to mention that Hunter Dodge of Lancaster had a brand new Mega Cab there. If you look at my pics you will see it. It had only 48 miles on it and the Internet Sales manager pulled it!! He did a good job with it also. I think he went nearly 200 feet with it bone stock.

D.C.C.G.:
Your friend with the single stack silver Dodge did real good. I think I saw him pull it seemed like six times. And he was the last one to pull last night. (exibition) Did you see the sparks flying?

To bad Big Bad Dodge was having problems. Man when the sled hit him WOW that must have hurt.

Yeah we were watching the sparks go. It got to where he had to shut his truck down to put it in gear. He lives for pulling. He kept trying to get me to hook up even thought I don't want to take a chance on something breaking. That one, the silver one with the dual silver stacks with oregon plates and the white short bed with oregon plates are all military buddies of my husbands.

Yea talk about breaking. The poor guy that broke his drive shaft (the blue short bed) He was a long way from home. I was going to go and see if he needed help, but forgot about it cause Schied was coming up. That sucks breaking and not having help. I feel bad cause I just now remembered about it.

Do you know the guy with NY plates that is supposed to be from Ventura? Is that the guy with the dual stacks?

The guy with the NY plates had the single 6 in and Big Power Diesel in Green on the side. The dual stacks has Oregon plates. They are both silver long beds and both are stationed in Ventura (navy). They are actually roommates, and the guys that are going to help me when I get ready to put my stacks on my truck. The single stack is a 2000 and the dual stack is a 2002.
The blue short bed broke the yoke on the back of his truck. Sunday morning it was loaded up on the back of a trailer. This isn't the first time that he's broken something in a pull.
