On Behalf of the National Chapter DTR #1 I have the honor of announcing the Saskatchewan Chapter DTR #6 is officially opened in Canada.<br> President Scott Pirsak sent the paperwork to me some time ago and just this afternoon a very weary looking blue sheep with a rather cocky little penguin riding on his back, hand delivered the Charter License application.<br><br> We of the DTR family are proud to welcome our newest members of the family and look forward to working hand in hand with our Canadian brothers to help make that chapter a huge success.<br> <br> Welcome to all the new members of SaskDTR #6, I do not have a list of all your names but I will be posting them as we get that information here at National Level in the future.<br><br> President Scott Pirsak I sent your Sheep and penguin back after I fed them and gave them each a quart jar of homemade mountain antifreeze. It may be awhile before they return as the last I saw of them the blue sheep was riding the Penguin and singing show tunes.<br><br> Congratulations to SASKDTR #6
