Once in a while we get together in Jacksonville and head out to the local 1/4 mile strip and/or to a Dyno that is down the road from from the track. I haven't heard of anything lately, just keep an eye out, there are things happening, just not that often.

I always catch the Dream machine show over in Half Moon Bay every year for the show and the tractor pulls , it a great show you see cars, trucks , and aircrafts . Yea I think Jacksonville would be a long haul for you.

The show is the last weekend of April at the Half Moon Bay airport, there is always a big crowd , get there early , last April the tractor pulls lasted about 4 hours . I am in the Sacramento area
