Hooters March 29th report...

The rain held off for most of the day allowing the group to go outside and enjoy the warm spring weather. First a lunch of wings with a couple of gallons of iced tea. Then, my son and I first got a wild ride in "Torque This" 3500, then got an insane hop in Tool Mans 500+ hp 3500 4x4! Terrorized a church parking lot, both got out with a vicious case of Bomb-itis. My son shaders_24v got the furthest distance award driving up from southern NJ for the event. It was great seeing all of the guys and ladies, and hope we can do it again real soon.

Some pictures can be found in this album location.

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...1&pid=1439

Hey!...Dan. Would have enjoyed meeting you there. Maybe we'll catch you and the Missus next time. At least it didn't rain for this one. :

Re:Hooters March 29th report...

MAN that was a fun day. Commotoze (dad) thank you for a great day and weekend, looking forward to the next one. Torque This and Tim thank you again for your rides and as my first meet you gave me a very warm welcome. I learned a lot from the both of you. I will never forget though that I was in a dually that fish tailed on "DRY" pavement. ( I said "holy $&@!" pardon the pun we were in a church parking lot.) Man that was awesome. Yes I have bombitis myself but I gotta get some other things first for it like a cap and stepbars. Coming soon hopefully.

One thing I noticed no matter what was going on any sound of a diesel, all eyes were on the highway there. I also enjoyed the "watch for the cops" statements with the diesels.

Again,GREAT WEEKEND FOLKS!!
