Hello
I will be headed out to Washington State on the 5th so I will not be able to attend. I will be coming back on the 11th.
One of those things that If I want more toys I have to work kinda thing.
Is there anything in the planning stage for March? My better half will be home the first part of the month of March after a 8 month deployment over there. It would be great to get everyone together for a kinda welcome home thing. Thoughts?
Have a good time.
See Ya
Chris

Keeping an eye on the week ahead weather, anyone seen anything yet?
Looking forward to this next shoot, I need to tear up something "legally".

Talk about mushy, I GOT mushy here! My driveway, hard as a rock for years, through hurricanes and everything else, went soft in the past week right at the edge of the road. When I pulled in or out of the driveway I had to pull through 4" of stonedust/red clay mud. Gravel man said this was because of the freezing and thawing of the ground.
I had to dig it out a bit and install 22 tons of gravel on the driveway yesterday so I could use my driveway again.
The rest of the property is kinda quishy, but if you use 4x4 at the first hint of spinning you'll be OK. I have a guy with a 3500 4x4 storing his trailers out on the power line of my property. He is in here several times a week getting a trailer and he hasn't gotten stuck yet.

It really isn't that bad. Like I said, my friend with the 3500 is storing his trailers here and is in and out of there almost daily. There is mud, but it won't sink you, just get the truck dirty.
What I am worried about is closer to the range. I'm sliding a little sideways when driving past it, on my 4x4 tractor.
I have grass growing there, finally, except for the track of the tractor because I have to go through there. We can probably step over the wheel tracks.

I'm with you Chris I have been working on not sinking in my own driveway. The rest of the red clay yard I'll tackle this spring. Things have been drying out pretty well with all this sun. Hopefully next Sunday it will Be this warm and dry.
