Central Ohio Hog Roast & Dyno Day April 8th. *TROPHIES AWARDED!!*

We're having a Hog Roast and Dyno Day on April 8th, 2006 at a rural location just outside Columbus Ohio. The dyno will be starting at 9am at Jeremy Straley's shop in London. I'll supply the high horsepower trophies.

It will be $75 CASH for 3 runs- if you want to secure a dyno slot, you have the option of a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your dyno fee. Slots are available every 20 minutes starting at 9am and the deposit will secure a slot of dyno time. If it rains that day, we have a covered location to dyno inside.

Donations are suggested for the Hog Roast, coffee and cinnamon rolls. Large coolers with ice provided. Please email or PM me if you want to run.

UPDATE: The address is 6860 State Route 38 NW, London, OH 43140. About 3.2 miles north of State Route 29.

UPDATE: Woodruff Diesel will have a display table and a door prize drawing. Enterprise Engine has stepped up to sponsor the hog for the hog roast. Donations are still accepted for the fixin's.

UPDATE: Chuck from New Era Diesel Performance has donated a door prize and will be helping out with the food too.

You know I'm in Brandon...will your truck be going by then?

Mine probably won't be at full potential, yet!

Count me in though...as if I had to tell you that

1. Will we be able to sign up that day, if there are still slots left open? Not sure if my truck will be ready by then, so I don't want to plunk down the $25 just yet...

2. Are gassers welcome, or is this a diesel-only event?

3. Will duallys need to drop the outside wheels?

4. What model dyno does the shop have?

Not sure about signing up early as being necessary but reccommended as we are planning a day long event, even into the evening if possible. Gassers and alcohol vehicles allowed also, I have invited a few drag racing people. Not sure about the dually part, if so I have all the tools/jacks needed to do so. Brandon knows which dyno is being used. Bring chairs and beverage of choice. And yes hopefully we aren't in the field that weekend.

Yep, dually's have to drop the outsides or bolt on singles. I can bring a set of singles if needed. It's a mobile Dynojet 248c dyno. My old truck dyno'd at 648.4hp on it, then the truck was driven to Southern California and dyno'd on another 248c at 648.6hp. It's pretty accurate.

Chris
