My truck broke, on the morning of Saturday. I saw a fuel leaking under the truck. The rear tee by the back of the engine (return line) was loose. I cranked on the fitting, the tee broke. I spent two days chasing down fuel leaks. Its still leaking but not as bad as before. I even got a set of trick injectors from dynomite diesel to try out. I spent most of the weekend under the hood having fuel leaking all over me.

John,

Did you not see that yellow pumped 24V run?? 10.68 seconds @ 130 mph

I also think you missed Matt from NADP on the dyno - 98 12V ran 810 hp, a duramax ran around 650 hp

You miised a GOOD event Dog....

I actually have video of most of the trucks doing the 1/4 mile. Maddog was impressive even if he broke on his runs. I also have video footage of the bikini contest! The girl who got second place was so hot! She shoulda won. She could win any bikini contest in the world. 810 hp..... In about another 10 years. Need $20,000 to accomplish and with a $2000 a year bombing budget.

What kinda drugs was Matt running? From what he was chatting with Andy about, he has trouble with #10 and #11 plate differentiation .

Interesting no less.. 10.68 is crazy for street rubber..NICE!!

Thats some funky air tubing there and no intercooler. No drugs from what I can see. I wonder how light that truck is? Is it based on a 1/2 ton chassis?

Yup....these are the only pics I took (getting lazy I guess). This truck was from (of all places) Dawson Creek, BC. The guys name is Shawn Inkster. Interesting to say the least.

No nitrous - straight number 2 diesel. Mad Dog (the crew cab Ford with 12V Cummins) doesnt run nitrous either but he couldnt keep up with this truck.

I have no idea if it was a 1/2t or 3/4t

I have wallpaper size pics if any of you guys want them just PM me...(Ill be on vacation until next week though).

Ya, I thought that it would be a lowrider...

Nice rig... I thought even with an ice intercooler you could squeeze a few more ponies out.

He didnt dyno...Mad Dog dynoed last week and told me he was over 1000 hp and this truck spanked him. I would guess that this truck is pretty close to or over 1000 hp.

So this truck spanked me. check out this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyEJUovqpec

First of all my truck is over 7200lbs to his around 5000lbs? and second I was doing the spanking for the first 330 feet until I had to pedal it for the first of three times down the track. Because of a broken axel shaft in the left rear I was running in front wheel drive which caused for some severe torque steer, and three times I had to get off the throttle to keep from going out of control. Yes it is true the Yellow truck beat me, but if I had not had a broken axle the outcome would have been very different. BTW my 330' was right on track for a 10.50 run.

Oh and BTW I only raced him once. Get your facts straight!!!!
Watch real close in the video and you will notice the smoke goes away and comes back three different times when I had to let of the throttle.

The yellow truck is based on a half ton if memory serves me right. Seen the truck quite a few times....... Dawson Creek is about 70 km's from where I live. Same dealership where I bought my 04.5 and juice w/attitude!
