Thanks TJ and Scott for lending a hand tonight to get my clutch in. I have the double disk sound now even though it is a sprung hub and had a wierd vibration noise if I would lug it a little on the way home. Anyway here are the pictures.

Its normal, the DD rattle when you push the clutch in doesnt matter if its sprung hub...its the sound of the clutch disc just barely scraping against the center floater plate. And the lugging/vibration...thats normal too, my truck does not like to be lugged at all, it starts bucking and hopping from all the weight hanging off the crank.

Yup, they assemble it a certain way from the factory and you have to have it the same way when you assemble it, ie red paint.

That what I though, it stopped doing it today, it sounded really bad for a little while when I was warming it up this morning, but sounds fine now, its quieter than yours now TJ.

The Smarty is going to be loaded before I go home today so I can finally play on my way home.
