bob, i dont think you will need a new tranny, just a clutch should do. and we should figure out how to weld your 5th gear nut on. 28 mpg is awesome!

help with truck

i have a 98 dodge ram 2500 24 valve and i not sure whats wrong with it i have had acouple people tell me diffrent things it is not starting right away n it idles really rough when it does then it will start to idle fine after a minute then as soon as u hit the gas it shakes really bad and sounds horrible it blows alot of whit smoke also well if any body has any help thanks

Sunir's truck will be the first priority then we'll try to fit anyone else in.
Also i'm off from 12-21 til 1-7, so we can do some independant projects as well iif Santa brings you some new toys to put on.

Hang tough TJ. Like has been said we know how Maryland Works (or doesn't work). Only tickets I've had here are red light tickets. Back in Massachusetts mid 70's I got stopped with my 1955 TR-3 for a cracked windshield and several other 'offenses' and never received a court date until i was served a summons on the garage floor! Also we know your character, not the type of guy to screw with the system. So, some of these guys are wrapped a bit too tight I think.
I have a friend of mine at church who is a lawyer if you need help PM me if needed.

i got the washers for free last time, dont think they had the o-rings. i can stop by when im on duty and check with them. there is a cummins shop in Glen Burnie as well they would probably have them both.
