Yes sir, smooth as butter. Anytime you want to stop over, we can have them done in less than an hour start to finish.

I went with Mobil 1. Not sure why, just felt like it I guess.

I was going to come down that weekend I did mine, got to thinking that fluid changes was beyond the scope of work for the shop.

I'm hearing about KDP's and other in depth mods.......

I need to get a leveling kit on though, I pick up DWiggs's rims/tire/adapters around the 21st of this month.
My brother in law helped me on my old truck, pita though. Ended up having to borrow a spring compressor from Auto Zone to get them back in......

Anyone down there done a leveling kit.........?

That sounds good...I missed the last one cause I had to work. Let me know when you have another wrenchin' day. Hopefully it'll get above 30* this weekend and I can get the side tubes on the truck that I got from Travis.

Yep, the good stuff went fast, still have several item though. I tried to give everyone a deal and since technically I did not pay directly for the parts I made 100% profit

I have to go out and buy the diff. fluid so that I have it on hand when I need it. Im going to do the front and rear. How much did you need to do them both? Ive heard mobil 1 is good stuff. also Royal Purple, but Ive heard there could be issues with the dealer if they see the purple stuff....Also, what weight for front? and rear? Sorry about all the questions, just want to get it right.

Leveling kits are cake. We've done quite a few. Just make sure we got a few big guys to help.

Exactly 4 quarts for the back, something like 3.75 for the front.

I was (am) switching the truck over to all synthetics. Was going to use Kendall full synthetic gear oil, just happened to see the Mobil 1 there........

$9.00 a quart,........ why not

I tow kind of heavy once a week all summer long, so I figured I would splurge for the good stuff.

Cool, I can bring some fuel, or a whole heat source if needed. I have a monster propane fired torpedo that will heat 4,000 sq. ft.
