losing coolant, reservoir stays low

My 2003 coolant reservoir always stays low. I just put a water pump on and have no leaks that i can detect. Anyone else have this issue. Thanks.

Have you sent your oil in for an analysis? That will tell you if you are burning coolant.

Have you checked all around the motor, checked the back freeze plug over the tranny? Looked at your carpet under the passenger side knee bolster where the heater core is? Looked at the lines going into the heater core from the engine bay?

A common leak is the over flow line coming out of the rad, just under the cap. If you don't have a hose clamp on there, it will leak.

I would do a physical inspection first, then send an oil sample in. If it comes back clean, I would get a mechanic (or buy the stuff yourself) add a dye that will show up under a UV light, it will show you were the leak is.

i had the same issue. after setting with the injectors out for 2 weeks i seen evidence finally.
first place was the waster pump, you have to look real close at the bottom of it and look at the weep hole

second, i noticed it coming off the oil pan, tracked that tracks to the top of the head, a plug and the fitting for the heater hose were both leaking slightly. right side center to rear of head.

prior to that my water temp wound not stay in 1 spot after warm up, it would go from 180 to 200 ish slowly. i bought a thermostat, didn't need to put it in, nice and steady after all the leaks were stopped. i never let the tank go dry, had to fill it weekely.
