hid bi xenen head lights
can anyone tell if these kits will plug and play or need an additional relay harness?

also are the slim ballests good or is it better to stick with the larger ones?

Those typically create a lot of glare and don't overly improve your ability to see. If you really want HIDs, I went with clear lenses and installed true HID projector assemblies into them. I used Morimotor MH1 but if you get a clear lens regular light (non-sport) I can't see why a better projector couldn't fit. I got my parts from http://www.theretrofitsource.com/ Realize that projectors do have a sharp cut off which will limit forward light when driving over hills etc... The other option is a sport headlight upgrade with relays to get as much amps to the lights as possible.

While this may but be what you want to hear, I agree with the above post.
I suggest you do some reading on the 'Daniel Stern Lighting' web page. Lots of good, legitimate info there to help you make informed decisions when it comes to forward lighting.

HID KIT SHOWED TODAY easy instal and they work great high beam, low beam and fog lights work, the high beam would be better is I did not have aftermarked lamps with the cone covers over the bulb
I bought these http://www.ebay.com/itm/181036903224...84.m1497.l2649
i did adjust the housings down and they don't seem to bother other drivers, guess I will see how long they last, these are the type that the bulb moves in on highbeam, they do take a few seconds to "warm up" but it is 20* here, the only thing we had to mod was the power wire needed a larger ring terminal to fit the battery bolt
