Where to get Battery Cables?

Previous Owner Buggered them up. Autozone was useless. Dealer only item??

Why dont you get some 1 or 2 guage welding cable & some lugs and make your own ?? They'll be cheaper and better than the dealer cables.

You can also make them as long as you want.
Every factory cable I've ever seen is just barely long enough to reach the battery(s), no slack at all if you ever get a different battery with the posts moved at all.
