voltage going back n forth initially during cold starts!!

during cold starts i'll start the truck...starts right up no problem...base idle is about 800 right now

when i start it the voltage gauge goes back n forth smoothly between 14 and 15 and then 14 and 15 and there is a slight change in the tone of the idle

however when the truck fully warms up or ive been driving it it doesnt do any of this and the voltage is over 15 constantly the alternator should be fine

only when its fully cold!

some side notes.....i did have a tps sensor fixed, had the clicking starter and had bad contacts at the batteries cleaned all that up and cleaned the starter contacts a while back too

any ideas to what it could be? or what wire?

Normal, the grid heater is still cycling. No worries.

Mr T, the needle moves back and forth due to the serious amps being used. Would you believe 95 amps to each of the two grid leads?
