Truck went dead today

Truck went dead today
Going down the road truck just died like I turned it off. Let it sit for about 5 min. and ran fine to the house. Pulled codes and found 1689 and 1693. Any help would be great.....

I'm going to suggest a crank sensor or cam snesor, based on what I was able to find on this codes:
DTC P1689 Delivered Torque Circuit Fault
DTC P1693 Tachometer Circuit Low Voltage
I am not sure how to test to figure out which one it is. I'll see if I can find something on that.
