This happened to my truck when i did my FASS when i first installed it about 2.5 years ago. After that one hiccup, never had another issue. I think it was air pocket that broke free somewhere in the lines or pump that just broke prime (using the stock filter houseing?). It got in there when the lines were open for the FASS install.

no the stock fuel filter housing and pump are out of the system.
i took the truck back to them and they looked it over and said the pump didnt seem to be pumping right so they have ordered another system and are goin to install the new pump and filters. i hope this fixes the problem i plan on taking a 3hr trip to ride four wheelers this weekend and i need my truck to pull everything thats goin.

so you dont think its the pump, just some kind of restriction. im wondering why it seems like its pulling air cause its acting like the couple times i had air in the system. but its mainly seeming to go on when i get on it above 2000rpm.
