Arrow tranny no lockup and slow upshift

2000 3500 diesel dodge auto. delalyed upshift and no lockup. Will upshift to next gear including OD afterwinding out and lifting pedal. Have replaced valve body, including all solenoids, transducer, and rpm speed sensor. There is NO junk or metal in pan. Fluid is still red. Visually inspeced wiring for chaffing and terminals for corrosion, NO luck. Could use a pin out of Dodge engine compartment controller or suggestions. I'm out of town and don't have access to a service manual.[]

Tranny speed sensor is the most likely, in the tailshaft, or right in front of the transfer case, if 4wd.

Appreciate input.
No codes
replaced speed sensor already.
APPS should also affect engine perf, which is fine.
Add testing finds gov. pres. jumps from 0psi to 80psi at approx 30 mph.
Instead of steady climb.
With gov pres messing up and no OD, I suspect a multi switching transistor in engine compartment controller (right side cowl) has said bye bye.
Anyone have a spare controller? 2000 year/ auto trans/ fed emission/ only one year fits apparentlly. Will pedal to home in NC and have Starscan hooked up and check wiring better before drop 5 Franklin's for box.

With 216K the tranny was used. KD band down to metal. Clutches smoked. Did several upgrades. Billet 3 clutch converter, Killer valve body upgrade, 4.2 apply lever, ATF+4, ect.
Problem started with trans output sensor wiring. Replaced sensor and made OHM checks. terminals were heat sensitive. Found junkyard conector and fixed. Trans works great for tow.
Now the check gagues light comes on. After setting for two weeks worn brushes in alt show up. Got temp alt on and works fine.
Looking for 150 amp or better alternator. Any known source?

And the troubles continue.
Trans repaired and works great.
Alternator upgrade coming with cheap 90 amp car unit in temp use.
Now after about 100 miles on unit the dreaded fault code P0216 makes and apperance. Running fine and was DOA within 1/2 mile. Lift pump still working and fuel not geled and filter not restricted.
Probablly gonna try Pensacola Diesel or MWFI tomorrow. Both look good.
