Tranny Leak on Tail piece

I recently had 4w lo assy replaced on my tranfer case. A few days later the tail piece started leaking from the rear seal. I took the truck back and had them R/R the seal. About a week later the seal is once again leaking. I am frequently checking the tranny level ands I have had to add about 1/2 a quart.Any ideas or special way to repair replace this seal so that it does not leak. Thanks ???

Re:Tranny Leak on Tail piece

There should be a bushing in the tail piece check and see if the tail shaft moves up and down by hand. Have them check that the old seal didn't groove the output shaft.
